3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed via email or official communication channels.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made through approved payment methods provided by Monika Tours & Safaris.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and third-party policies (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Administrative or cancellation fees may apply.
No refunds will be provided for unused services once the tour has commenced.
5. Travel Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, etc.).
Monika Tours & Safaris shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, airline delays).

Monika Tours & Safaris is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
Clients participate in all tours and activities at their own risk.
