Day 1: Nairobi – Wildebeest eco camp in Nairobi:
From Europe, you will arrive at Nairobi JKIA, where we will meet you and transfer you to Wildebeest eco camp for a night in a garden tented camp. on BB basis depending on your arrival time. It is during this time that we will be getting set for your safari the following morning: BB
Day 2: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru –
At 8.00am after your full breakfast you will start your safari driving to Lake Nakuru National park, for a late morning game drive, check in for lunch at Lake Nakuru lodge , relax at the lodge for about 2 hours, afternoon game drive starts at 4.00pm to 6.30pm time to come back at the lodge for dinner and overnight. BLD.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Lake Baringo
6.00am you will be taken for an early morning game drive, come back at 9.00am for full breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Baringo enjoy your lunch at lodge, afternoon Boat trip ( Feeding fish eagle is optional ) on island in lake. After boat safari and sundowners if the weather allows: dinner and overnight at the same Lake Baringo club. BLD
Day 4: Lake Baringo
Optional activities only. Guide helps with choices and organisation of optional activities, visit the Hot geysers at lake Bogoria to boil an egg, nature guided tour around the lake for bird watching, visit the locals and learn of their culture, ( writing books pens , pencils and the likes will be really appreciate in schools) . dinner and overnight at the Baringo Club.BLD
Day 5: Lake Baringo – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast , driver to Lake Naivasha ( Feeding fish eagle optional, go for a nature guided walk around the lake with your guide, ( optional sundowners boat ride in the lake.BLD
Day 6: Lake Naivasha
Choose one out of two activities:
cycle ride through Hells Gate National Park;
hike Mount Longonot
Afternoon guided activity for kid: making bow and arrow, catapult, survival in the bush, making a fire…. Evening: stargazing with guide. meals and overnight at the Lake Naivasha country club.BLD
Day 7: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara
After breakfast check out and hit the road to the Masai Mara game reserve, Stop at escarpment to view the great rift valley down to Narok market, where you will also stop for refreshments and then proceed for Mara arriving in good time to check in the Keekorok lodge , late morning relax. Go for an afternoon game drive in the game reserve, from 3.00pm till dawn, dinner and overnight at the same Keekorok lodge. BLD
Day 8: Masai Mara
Early morning game drive before breakfast, back for full breakfast, the go for (bird)walk safari in the park, guided by our guide or visit the Maasai people of Masai Mara in their Manyatta, come back for lunch relax at the lodge or camp, afternoon game drive, till dawn, dinner and overnight at the same lodge. BLD
Day 9: Masai Mara – Nairobi
Game drive in the morning, back for full breakfast, hit the road leisurely to Nairobi, Lunch at Carnivore International game restaurant. Transfer to JKIA to catch a pm flight home or drop off at your respective destination. BL End of safari.
The tour cost is in US$ per adult sharing, children 3 – 11 years pay 50% adult rate.
